Are you willing to join the team? The content on this page will allow you to begin the steps to becoming an IW. We are looking for well-prepared people professionally & spiritually.  What follows is a ‘wide-angle’ overview of our process.  It will get you prepared to engage with us and eventually become a part of a global team bringing access to the abundant life Jesus offers to all.
