We can pray!
Remember the people of South Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria and Yemen during times of personal and community prayer. Pray for peace, for government leaders and for humanitarian workers in the region. Remember especially the 1.4 million children who are the most vulnerable.
We can give!
Make a financial contribution to reputable aid agencies like our partner organization, The Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB), whose members are actively responding on the ground already in South Sudan, Somalia, and Nigeria. Learn more about CFGB’s Famine Appeal campaign. Note: the Government of Canada will match your individual donations and put that same amount into their Famine Relief Fund.
