Reveal Conference

Defend Dignity is hosting REVEAL webinars: a series of four free online webinars to teach about our sexually exploitative and pornified culture along with practical ways to respond. At these webinars, participants will learn about the harms of pornography and how to protect their family from its dangers.

The first webinar, on Thursday October 15 is titled My Story of Porn Addiction. Daniel Komori will share about his journey through porn addiction. This will be an opportunity to learn about the addiction cycle, and tangible solutions that lead to change.

The second webinar, presented by Sandy Pettyjohn, is on October 22. It is titled Moving Through Betrayal. Sandy will talk about how a partner’s porn use causes pain and feelings of betrayal. She will share about how she moved through this trauma, and she will teach ways for couples to reimagine and flourish in relationship.

On October 29, Josh Gilman will lead the webinar titled Teens and Porn. This webinar addresses how most teens and young adults live life online in a hyper-sexualized culture. Josh will teach about ways to make good choices in a world that pressures young people to do otherwise.

The final webinar, on November 5, is hosted by Michael Browning. This webinar is titled, A Therapist’s Insight. Michael will talk about next steps for overcoming a pornography addiction or helping someone you love to overcome their addiction.

Director of Defend Dignity Glendyne Gerrard said, “The harms and effects of pornography are experienced everywhere in our culture.  REVEAL speakers address these harms from the perspective of every member of the family. Solutions are provided, questions are answered, and resources are shared. Join me online.”

To learn more about the speakers, their topics, or to register visit Defend Dignity’s website. Each of these webinars will discuss mature matter, and for this reason they are recommended for ages 13+.
