Curtis and Tricia

Our God Story

Curtis and Tricia both grew up in Christian homes in Saskatchewan, where they decided to follow Christ as young children. They met through Bible quizzing during high school, a program that was formative to their faith. They both received a clear calling from God at different points during high school and college to go to the mission field. They served together on the missions executive at Canadian Bible College (CBC), where God continued to grow their passion for missions. Curtis spent a year in Latin America doing an onSite internship, and later, they did a short-term missions trip together that helped confirm God’s calling to Latin America, where they have served for the past 10 years.

Our Vision

Curtis and Tricia are involved in walking alongside the national church leadership on the Island as they grow to become a self-sustaining, multiplying family of churches. Their goal is to provide encouragement, mentorship, and support to the national leaders so that they can reach their nation for Christ, as well as to help them to send their own international workers to LRPGs in places that are easier for Latinos to go than Canadians. Consumed by the Great Commandment, Compelled by the Great Commission, Completing our Kingdom Calling. In every effort, discipling people to be a transforming presence among the least reached.

Current Priorities

As the Caribbean Island church continues to grow in maturity, we are dreaming about helping them send their first IWs to be equipped to reach the Arab world. It is our goal that within the next 2 years, this young national church will send at least two workers to be trained at Samuel House in preparation for being deployed to the Arab world.

Pray that our children would love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind and strength, and they would experience God’s joy in all circumstances.

Pray that God would give us wisdom to disciple young believers and emerging leaders into fullness of relationship with Christ.

Pray that God would raise up and equip Latino International Workers to join us in reaching LRPGs around the world.
