TheInterchange is the National Ministry Centre’s (NMC) Online Job Positions and Worker Abstracts database. It is designed to connect open ministry positions with prospective candidates.

How do I use the Interchange?

We invite you to browse The Interchange and if any postings interest you, login and send an anonymous message to that person. It is at the discretion of the person posting the message whether or not they reply to you. The Interchange is unable to check references, verify, or recommend these opportunities or people. As always, both churches/employers and prospective applicants should carefully evaluate positions and people posted here. Replying to a posting in The Interchange does not constitute a guarantee of employment.

Using The Interchange

VIEWING
• Open to the public

RESPONDING TO A POST
• Open to the public
• The Interchange login is required

MESSAGE CENTRE
• Open to the public
• The Interchange login is required
• Ability to bookmark individual postings, keeping track of those you're interested in

MANAGE POSTINGS
• The Interchange login is required
• Only C&MA registered workers and C&MA churches can post
• Postings require approval which may take three business days
• Unless renewed, postings will automatically
be deleted from the system after 60 days. Reminder notices will be sent prior to expiry.

INTERCHANGE MEMBERSHIP
• Memberships will automatically expire after
60 days of inactivity. Reminder notices will be sent prior to expiry.
• Only C&MA registered workers and C&MA churches can post

 

 LOGIN INFORMATION
The Interchange login is completely anonymous and independent of the Workers Login name on the Home page. The Interchange will check to see if you are logged into both areas before allowing you to post a position or abstract since this is a requirement.

If you forget your login name or password, the C&MA National Ministry Centre cannot help you recover it.

SCREENING
All postings are screened by an approver before being allowed on The Interchange.
