The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada

The C&MA in Canada

Welcome! Founded in the 1880s by A.B. Simpson, The Christian and Missionary Alliance is committed to Jesus and his mission. We are a group of approximately 440 local churches in Canada, and we send people to live on mission locally and globally.  We aim to be a Christ-centred, Spirit-empowered, Mission-focused movement in everything that we do.

Our ultimate goal is to fulfill the Great Commission and bring Matthew 24:14 to fruition:

"And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come."

The sooner we fulfill the Great Commission, the sooner our Coming King will return!

The C&MA in Canada is taking steps to complete this mission by focusing on the least-reached people groups in the world.

In order for a people group to be considered least-reached, evangelical Christians must comprise less than 2% of their population. According to Joshua Project, there are over 6,600 unreached people groups representing 40.5% of all the world’s people groups.1

We aim to challenge our church members to live on mission with God, whether that be in a Canadian suburb or in a remote mountain village in Asia.

Join us as we complete God's call to tell everyone about the Good News of Jesus Christ!
